Refund Policy

Our Policy
Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are generally final. However, we offer refunds in the following cases:
- The Product does not work as described — if the section has a critical bug that prevents it from functioning as described on the product page, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days after you contact our support.
- Duplicate purchase — if you accidentally purchased the same Product twice.
We will always attempt to resolve any technical issue via support before processing a refund. Please contact us first so we can help.
Refund Request Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at max@digitalcreator.cloud with:
- Your order number
- The reason for the refund request
- Description of the issue (if applicable)
We aim to respond within 2 business days.
After a Refund
Upon approval of a refund, your license to use the Product is revoked. You must delete all copies of the Product files from your store and systems.
Exceptions
We do not offer refunds for: change of mind; incompatibility caused by custom theme modifications made by you or a third party; issues caused by third-party apps; or failure to follow the installation instructions provided.
