Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or downloading any product from digitalcreator.cloud ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our products.

2. Products

We sell digital products including Shopify theme sections ("Products"). All Products are delivered electronically. Upon purchase, you will receive download files and installation instructions via email.

3. License

Each purchase grants you a single-site, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product on one (1) live Shopify store (one unique myshopify.com domain). You may use the Product on development or staging environments directly associated with that store without additional licenses.

If you operate multiple Shopify stores, a separate license is required for each store.

You may not: resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Product files with third parties; include the Product in other products or templates sold or distributed for free or commercially.

4. Intellectual Property

All Products and their source code remain the intellectual property of digitalcreator.cloud. The license grants you the right to use the Product, not to claim ownership of it.

5. Support

Each Product includes 6 months of email support from the date of purchase. Support covers installation issues and bug fixes. Feature requests and custom modifications are not included.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that Products will be compatible with all third-party apps, themes, or future Shopify updates.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Products.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kyiv, Ukraine.

10. Related Policies

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

11. Operator

This website is operated by Maksym Hrybov, an individual entrepreneur (sole proprietor) based in Kyiv, Ukraine. All transactions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle), acting as Merchant of Record.
